Jean Paul Irastorza

Jean Paul Irastorza, born and raised in Miami, Florida, is the current Vice President of Asset Management for the IRAS Group, a vertically-integrated and family-owned commercial real estate firm that has been developing, owning, and self-managing real estate assets in South Florida since 1985.   While studying finance at the University of Miami, Jean Paul became heavily involved with real estate and structured finance. His interest in this areas commenced during the real estate financial crisis of 2007/2008. Jean Paul held internships throughout his college career at Cohen Financial, UBS, and Marcus & Millichap and graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Finance in 2012.   Currently, his responsibilities as Vice President at IRAS Group include overseeing financial reporting, conducting various analyses (budgets, leases, capital structures, etc.), and identifying potential acquisition or disposition opportunities. His asset management skills have ensured that the investment strategies of IRAS Group are executed.
